Logo I designed for the Slovak folk group, who live in the Galga area in Hungary. I made this design while working in the Brandcontrol graphic design studio in December 2019 in Budapest, Hungary.

Ezt a logót a magyarországi, Galga menti szlovák népművészeti csoport (Galga Folk Műhely) számára készítettem; a budapesti Brandcontrol grafikai stúdióban eltöltött rövid tartózkodásom során, 2019 decemberében.

The blue symbol of the logotype is the letter "G", which I created in an earlier version of the logo. It was meant to resemble the Čičmany folk art works, and can be seen below:

A logó kék szimbóluma egy stilizált "G" betű, amelyet a logó egy korábbi változatában készítettem. Alapja a Čičmany-i népművészeti stílus, és itt látható:

The below version of the logo has a red-blue symbol, where the red part is the girl and the blue one is the boy in a hat, while they are dancing together. The Galga Folk Műhely group is trying to maintain their Slovak cultural identity and so they hold dancing and artisan events.

A logó alábbi változata tartalmaz egy kék-piros szimbólumot, amely egy népi táncot járó ifjú párt szimbolizál. Piros a lány, kék pedig a kalapos fiú. A Galga Folk Műhely csoport igyekszik fenntartani szlovák kulturális örökségüket, így többek között tánc- és kézműves esteket is tartanak.

The other two logotypes are just different versions I came up with while working. The last one has a red-blue symbol too, but it's only made from the letter "k".

Az alábbi két logót is menet közben készítettem. Az utolsó logó kék-piros szimbólumát a "k" betűből építettem fel.
